COMPLETE GUIDE TO OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS

If you are reading this page it means you are probably shopping for a windows and/or doors replacement, some kind of repair or just looking for some piece of information related to window and/or door replacement or may be you already signed a contract and trying to understand how the entire process will work. In any of above cases our professional team of sales representatives, installation crews and office staff will be happy to guide you through the entire process and will be happy to answer all you questions. Installation process combines many steps. It requires full dedication of our office, installation team and small help from the customer. Our in-house installation team (we do not subcontract) will work with you from the first minute they arrive at your location and until last moment they leave your facility. We would like to make sure your experience working with us leaves only positive moments. Please let us know about any issues by calling your Sales representative or directly to our office. Sales Representative initial contact and in-house FREE consultation scheduled according to your availability.

Sales Representative arrives and will discuss your request, present all possible options, bring some samples and answer all your questions so you can decide the best option possible for you. Our Sales Representatives are highly trained professionals with long time experience in sales and installations.

NOTE: Our system will remind you two times about your meeting. Please allow at least 1 day if you wood like to change or cancel you appointment by using our fully automated system.

Depends on the outcome of the initial meeting you may want to schedule an additional consultation or over the phone session to answer your questions. Please use our Client Portal to ask for additional meeting. If no questions left and you are ready to move forward to the next step there are following options for your choice: in-house contract sign or remote session with fully secured digital service. Please let your Sales Representative know your preference and we will perform all necessary steps.

Contract is signed. Now is our turn to keep the process going. You will be contacted by our office staff representative to arrange a time to measure your windows and/or doors according to contract signed. Our Installation Crew representative will arrive and take the measurements inside your house. Usually it takes less then an hour. If you have any question please do not hesitate to ask them our installation crew member.

Once we have your windows and/or doors measurements we will place your order with a manufacturer and wait for you order to be ready.

Order is ready! Our office staff representative will contact you to arrange a time to install your windows and/or doors according to contract signed. Depending on the amount of  windows and/or doors to replace, our work may take anywhere from half day to several days to be completed. NOTE: Day before the the installation please clear the space around your windows and doors from fragile items, furniture so our installation crew will have full access. Please remove window blinds unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Our office will be in close contact with you if for any circumstances (in rare cases order may not ready by the date promised by manufacturer) we cannot arrive during the scheduled date and will have to reschedule. We will notify you about such changes ahead of time (2-3 days) and will work around your schedule to choose a new installation date.

Installation Day! Our professional in-house installation crew will arrive and start their work. Usually they will prepare all the materials and replacement windows and/or doors. They will cover inside floors/stairs by using drop cloths.  Next they will remove old windows and/or doors, prepare the frames and install new windows and/or doors. Follow the installation they will adjust the positions and fix them in place. Next step is to insulate the gaps between frames and windows and/or doors. High quality polyurethane low expansion foam will be used. After the insulation step they will cover your windows from outside (capping process) and insulate with caulking material. Next they will perform exact same step inside and cover the gaps between walls and windows and/or doors by using wood pine casing (in case it’s needed).  Almost done.  Next step is to clean the working place, remove all garbage and debris. Work is done!

Depends on your type of payment you will pay by check, cash or credit card. Check and cash will be taken by installation crew. Credit card will be processed by Building Luxury office the next business day.
