Minor imperfections in windows and doors that do not affect the product’s structural integrity or obscure vision.

Any damaged to any window or door component as a result of repair or modification by any person other than a factory-trained Service Technician or authorized Building Luxury Inc. representative.

Exposure to excessive thermal or physical stress (exceeding manufacturer limitations) or harmful substances.

Any damage which has been occurred as a result of improper use or maintenance.

Any product or labor not paid in full or sold through any account which is not in good stand.
